CREATIVE VISUALIZATION? What is creative visualization? Creative visualization is
the process of harnessing the natural power of your imagination to create what you
want in your life. While this powerful technique focuses and directs the
imagination, it is much more than wishful thinking. It is a mental process whereby
you establish a goal and then imagine the process of attaining that particular
goal. It is positive thinking taken to a higher level.
Every mental rehearsal
of an event through visualization provides a memory of sorts—a memory of
